Ngiti Private Dentistry - home

Private dentistry Salcedo Village, Makati

Comfort first.Treatment second.

Ngiti is a private dental practice that sees one patient at a time. You get every fee in writing before treatment begins, and the same dentist at every visit.

Most clinics are built around the schedule. This one is built around you.

One patient at a time

Your visit is booked for the full length of its treatment, and nobody else is booked into that time. The lounge is quiet when you arrive, and the chair is yours until the work is done.

Plans, not prescriptions

Every recommendation comes with the reasoning, the alternatives, and the honest price - in writing. You decide at home, not in the chair.

The same hands, every visit

You see Dr. Santiago every time. She remembers your history, your sensitivities, and how you take your coffee.

Fewer treatments, done properly.

Every fee is listed here, VAT included, and put in writing before anything begins. Where one says “from”, your written plan fixes the exact figure first.

Single visits

One appointment, one fee.

  • ₱22,000

Dr. Marielle Santiago

DMD, University of the PhilippinesProsthodontics

Dr. Santiago has practiced for fifteen years, the last eight of them in a deliberately small clinic. She sees eight patients a day at most, so she never has to look at a clock while you’re in the chair.

Every appointment is booked for the whole treatment, every recommendation comes in writing, and she sees you herself at every visit.

Four steps, and treatment is the third.

Before any treatment

  1. A conversation first

Your first visit starts in an armchair in the consultation room, with tea if you’d like it. Tell Dr. Santiago your history, what worries you and what you want, and the exam waits until you’re ready.

  2. A plan you understand

Within two days you receive a written plan: what we found, what we suggest, what it costs, and what happens if you wait.

In the chair

  1. Treatment you can pause

Raise a hand and Dr. Santiago stops, as often as you need. Each appointment is booked for the whole treatment, so a pause never costs you the rest of it.

Once you’re home

  1. A call the next day

After any procedure, Dr. Santiago calls you the next day to see how you’re healing. Ring the practice with questions about your treatment, and ask the concierge about fees, hours or a booking at any hour.

Modern equipment, chosen for how it feels to you.

A quieter drill

The treatment suites are sound-dampened, and the drills are electric, which run quieter and lower in pitch than the air-driven whine most people remember.

Imaging in minutes

Digital X-rays and intraoral scans happen in the suite, on the same visit, at a fraction of the old radiation dose. You see what we see, on a screen in front of you.

Sedation, if you want it

Numbing starts with a gel on the gum, then the injection, given slowly. For longer procedures you can choose oral sedation, which you’ll talk through at your consultation first.

The small things

Warm towels, a blanket if the aircon is too much, your own playlist through noise-cancelling headphones. Ask once and it goes on your notes for every visit after.

Asked often, answered plainly.

Anything else? - it answers in seconds, day or night, in English or Tagalog.

I’m anxious about dental visits. How do you handle that?

Tell Dr. Santiago at the start of your first visit. It begins with a conversation, and the exam waits until you say you’re ready. During treatment you can raise a hand to pause at any time, and oral sedation is available for longer procedures.

How much do treatments cost?

A first consultation is ₱2,000, cleaning is ₱3,500, whitening is ₱22,000, veneers start at ₱30,000 per tooth, clear aligners from ₱150,000, and implants from ₱120,000 per tooth. Every fee includes VAT, and every treatment plan comes with a written, itemized price before anything begins.

What happens at the first visit?

Forty-five minutes: a conversation about your history and goals, a thorough exam with digital imaging, and then a written plan sent to you within two days. No treatment is done on the first visit unless you ask for it.

Do you accept HMO or insurance?

We are a private practice and bill directly, but we provide complete documentation - itemized receipts and procedure codes - so you can claim reimbursement from your HMO or insurer. Many plans cover part of preventive care.

Are payment plans available?

Yes. For treatments above ₱30,000 we offer staged payments aligned to your treatment visits, at no interest. For aligners and implants, most patients pay per phase.

Where are you and is there parking?

Penthouse Suite, One Salcedo Place, 148 Tordesillas St., Salcedo Village, Makati. Validated parking is available in the building - the concierge asks for your plate number when you book, and the practice arranges the rest before you arrive.

What are your hours?

Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We keep Sundays and Mondays closed so the clinic never runs on a tired team.

Do you see children?

We see patients aged twelve and up. For younger children we are happy to recommend excellent pediatric colleagues nearby.
