Private dentistry · Salcedo Village, Makati
Comfort first.Treatment second.
Ngiti is a private dental practice that sees one patient at a time. Unhurried appointments, honest plans in writing, and a room that doesn’t feel like a clinic.

Most clinics are built around the schedule. This one is built around you.
One patient at a time
Appointments are spaced ninety minutes apart. You will never share a waiting room with a crowd, and your visit will never be cut short because someone else is waiting.
Plans, not prescriptions
Every recommendation comes with the reasoning, the alternatives, and the honest price — in writing. You decide at home, not in the chair.
The same hands, every visit
You see Dr. Santiago every time. She remembers your history, your sensitivities, and how you take your coffee.
Fewer treatments, done properly.
Prices are honest and put in writing before anything begins. What you see below is what you pay — the only surprises here are pleasant ones.
First consultation
₱2,000
A proper conversation, a thorough exam, and a written plan you can take home. No chair-side selling, ever.

Preventive care
₱3,500
Gentle cleaning and polishing with ultrasonic scaling, finished with a fluoride treatment. Most patients visit twice a year.
60 minutes

In-chair whitening calibrated to your enamel, not a one-size formula. Includes a take-home kit for touch-ups.
90 minutes
Veneers
from ₱28,000 per tooth
Hand-finished porcelain, matched to your natural shade in daylight. Designed to look like your teeth on a very good day.

Digitally planned, reviewed together at every stage. You will always know what is happening and why.
6–18 months

Titanium implants placed with guided surgery, restored with ceramic crowns. A permanent answer, done once and done well.
3–6 months

Dr. Marielle Santiago
DMD, University of the Philippines · Prosthodontics
Dr. Santiago has practiced for fifteen years, the last eight of them in a deliberately small clinic. She limits her schedule to a handful of patients a day — enough time to never look at a clock while you are in the chair.
Her conviction is simple: most people don’t fear the dentist, they fear being rushed, upsold, and left out of decisions about their own mouth. Ngiti is built to remove all three.
Your first visit, in four unhurried steps.
A conversation first
Your first visit starts across a table, not in a chair. Tell us your history, your worries, and what you actually want.
A plan you understand
Within two days you receive a written plan: what we found, what we suggest, what it costs, and what happens if you wait.
Treatment, unhurried
Appointments are long enough that nothing is rushed. Pause any time. Music, silence, or conversation — your choice.
We stay close
After any procedure, Dr. Santiago checks in personally the next day. Questions between visits go straight to the concierge.

Everything modern.
Nothing clinical.
Quiet by design
Treatment suites are sound-dampened, and the instruments we choose are the quietest in their class. The drill you remember is not the drill we use.
Imaging in minutes
Digital X-rays and intraoral scans happen in the suite, on the same visit, at a fraction of the old radiation dose. You see what we see, on a screen in front of you.
Sedation, if you want it
From simple numbing done slowly and properly, to oral sedation for longer procedures. Anxiety is a reason to talk, never a reason to stay away.
The small things
Warm towels, a blanket if the aircon is too much, your own playlist through noise-cancelling headphones. Ask once and it is remembered for every visit after.
Asked often, answered plainly.
Anything else — the concierge in the corner of your screen answers in seconds, day or night.
I’m anxious about dental visits. How do you handle that?
Gently and without judgment. Your first visit is a conversation, not a procedure — nothing happens in a chair until you are ready. During treatment you can pause at any time, and sedation options are available for longer procedures. Many of our patients came to us specifically because of dental anxiety.
How much do treatments cost?
A first consultation is ₱2,000, cleaning is ₱3,500, whitening is ₱18,000, veneers start at ₱28,000 per tooth, clear aligners from ₱150,000, and implants from ₱95,000 per tooth. Every treatment plan comes with a written, itemized price before anything begins — no surprises.
What happens at the first visit?
Forty-five minutes: a conversation about your history and goals, a thorough exam with digital imaging, and then a written plan sent to you within two days. No treatment is done on the first visit unless you ask for it.
Do you accept HMO or insurance?
We are a private practice and bill directly, but we provide complete documentation — itemized receipts and procedure codes — so you can claim reimbursement from your HMO or insurer. Many plans cover part of preventive care.
Are payment plans available?
Yes. For treatments above ₱30,000 we offer staged payments aligned to your treatment visits, at no interest. For aligners and implants, most patients pay per phase.
Where are you and is there parking?
Penthouse Suite, One Salcedo Place, 148 Tordesillas St., Salcedo Village, Makati. Validated parking is available in the building — tell the concierge your plate number before your visit and it will be arranged.
What are your hours?
Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We keep Sundays and Mondays closed so the clinic never runs on a tired team.
Do you see children?
We see patients aged twelve and up. For younger children we are happy to recommend excellent pediatric colleagues nearby.
